No sign of overdose on Anna Nicole Smith death

Sudden and sad death of Anna Nicole smith, one of the most famous play boy play mates, astonished many, some thought her death is due to a drug overdose but doctors who currently investigate in the conditions of her death said there was no sign of drug in the autopsy.

Despite the fact Anna had some prescriptions drugs in her hotel room, no pills had been found in her stomach. But smith is well known for her battles and scandals with drugs and alcohol.

She died after collapsing in a hotel in Florida, she was found unconscious in her room by her nurse, then after failing to reanimate her, Anna’s nurse and bodyguard took her to the hospital where she dead.

Her death is a medical puzzle, according to a medical examiner and it would take at least three weeks to solve this problem and disclose the mystery.

But still the contribution of medication in her death is a detail that won’t be ignored and taken into consideration during the entire autopsy.
Nothing special or strange was noticed in the hotel surveillance tape, neither in Anna’s hotel room, thus no evidence to suggest a crime. Also no sign of a physical injury appeared in Anna’s body during the autopsy
So what is the real reason of Anna’s death?
